
Fondazione Progetto Arca – When Technology Meets Social Impact
Progetto Arca chose to collaborate with Purelab to develop a new institutional website aimed at reflecting a more modern and accessible image. The project was designed to enhance user experience by simplifying navigation.
The new website not only features a refreshed design but also integrates a dedicated donation platform. This functionality is essential to make it easier for donors to provide support, offering an intuitive and secure donation process. In this way, the new site not only improves Progetto Arca’s visibility but also strengthens its ability to mobilize resources to continue supporting people in need, aligning with nonprofit sector best practices.

Since 1994, Fondazione Progetto Arca has worked tirelessly alongside the most vulnerable, offering shelter, care, guidance, and dignity. A concrete, everyday mission that truly changes lives. When we were asked to design the Foundation’s new digital ecosystem, we didn’t just build a website. We built a bridge between the digital world and humanity.

We listened, analyzed, and redesigned everything: information architecture, experience design, content, interface, donation funnel. Every decision was guided by one key principle: remove barriers, create connections, activate people.
The result? An accessible, powerful, and intuitive platform. A digital space that tells Progetto Arca’s story with authenticity, engages supporters and volunteers, and makes every act of solidarity immediate and rewarding.
We worked side by side with the Foundation’s team, following an agile, collaborative process structured in well-defined phases: Exploration, Ideation, Prototyping, Design & Development, SEO-oriented architecture, and advanced analytics setup.
We chose a solid and flexible technology (custom WordPress), on which we built a fully tailored system: from bespoke visual implementation to integration with Donadoo (Metadonors CRM), all the way to the most relevant fundraising calls to action. The interface was designed to welcome. To guide. To move.
The entire user journey—from discovery to action—was mapped, tested, and optimized to eliminate friction and focus on what truly matters: human value.
