We designed and implemented an innovative web interface designed to guide customers in choosing the Arena goggles that best suit their needs. Whether an amateur swimmer or a triathlon athlete, a man, a woman or a child, the shopping experience was rethought to become more intuitive, engaging and tailored. Our intervention encompassed every phase of the project, from defining the user experience to the graphic design of the interfaces and the technical development and deployment of the digital infrastructure.
The interface has been integrated within a physical totem, installed at major sporting goods distribution chains such as Decathlon, in stores in France and Germany. This device accompanies the user step by step in a guided selection, orienting them among models and technical characteristics according to their sports practice, environment of use – pool or sea – and personal preferences.
The developed technology allows quick and accessible consultation even for the less experienced, enhancing the Arena product catalog in a dynamic and interactive way.

Custom Solution
We took care of the entire process in an integrated way, handling both the software development and the totem hardware, up to the supply and configuration of the devices. Our team followed the installation phases directly in stores, ensuring constant technical support even in the post-launch phase. The result is a tool that not only enriches the in-store experience, but also reinforces Arena’s brand identity through direct, useful and technologically advanced interaction.

Through the creation of a customized interactive interface and the integration of dedicated hardware solutions, we transformed a simple point of sale into a space for discovery, advice and added value. The collaboration with Arena allowed us to explore new ways of communicating the product, putting the user and his needs at the center. An intervention that demonstrates how innovation can be accessible, concrete and at the service of the customer experience.
