Campaign for donations “Helping the rare can save all”

Telethon is a non-profit organization recognized by the Italian Ministry of Education, Universities and Research. It was founded in 1990 in response to calls by people suffering from rare diseases.

Description

The organization got in touch with us with the goal to create and implement a campaign for regular donations able to:

  • Consolidate the positioning of Telethon Foundation with a themed campaign: underlining the current situation, we want to draw attention to the importance, adapting our classic story to the context
  • Gain the attention of new donors involving them on a theme they probably already know, reaching their thoughts in a more natural and pertinent way
  • Make people aware of the possibility to support research in an ongoing way by joining the program “I adopt the future”

Concept

“Helping the rare can save all”

Studying genetic diseases can lead to discoveries that have a positive impact also in other fields, Covid-19 included. Scientific research is the only instrument we have to find solutions that can help all of us, starting from those who need the most”.

“Staying at home isn’t always a choice”

Gabriele never goes out, and not because he is afraid of Covid-19. This emergency can make us understand how a patient and his family feel when faced with the diagnosis of a rare disease. This is why the commitment of Telethon, with the arrival of the Covid-19, is to continue to work for the weakest.
