Opera San Francesco per i Poveri. Building a Digital Experience that Creates Real Social Value
When we got involved, we knew we weren’t simply designing a website. We were shaping an interface between the digital world and tangible solidarity.
We created a tailor-made ecosystem: a new institutional website and a donation platform designed to be simple, engaging, and incredibly effective.
The goal? To translate a complex mission into an accessible experience, capable of engaging diverse audiences through different languages and tones.
Every section, every micro-interaction is designed to inform, move, and inspire action.

The process was agile, collaborative, and transparent. Together with the OSF team, we approached every phase—from requirements gathering to delivery—as if it were a mission-driven startup. Sprint after sprint, we validated features, tested solutions, and adapted the structure to the real needs of people. Because designing for the common good requires the same precision used to build a scalable tech product.

The architecture is built on WordPress and fully customized. The system manages the entire donation flow and integrates with the CRM (Mentor by Direct Channel). Every module was designed to be flexible, maintainable, and ready to grow alongside the organization.
And the design? Intuitive, warm, and welcoming. We mapped user behaviors and crafted an interface that removes all friction. The act of donating is made simple, smooth, and rewarding. Because empathy isn’t declared—it’s designed.

We wrote clean, modular code, ensuring scalability, security, and full compatibility with OSF’s marketing tools, while maintaining consistency across active campaigns.
In short: we didn’t just build a website.
We redesigned the way a historic organization tells its story, opens up, and evolves.
And above all: the way each user can become part of the change.
